We're leaving early Sunday morning, be there by Sunday evening. We just finished hooking up a new trailer to haul Nick's bird and also a Carden to be delivered to one of the Northwest guys. Let's Git 'er Dun!!!

Sure is Dean! Your trailer is one of the ones we looked at for ideas. One of the things Nick wanted to do is have the ability to move the shelf if necessary, that's the reason for the hinges. We can remove the supports and fold the shelf up, bolting it to the upper 2 x 4, leaving the entire trailer open.

I like the front shelf you added. I may add that to mine. The rear strap that holds my shelf unhooks so you can move it out of the way for loading and unloading planes. The other hangars are on a cotter pins so they can be released in case you want to open the whole area up. It's hinged opposite as yours so the shelf drops down rather than folding up.

Actually there's 2 front shelves, just something we added to take advantage of the V-Nose. The reason Nicks folds up is the width required for his plane, along with the ability to feed his bird into the shelf while clearing the back door, set the height requirement. That measurement, along with the width required, didn't allow enough height to allow the shelf to swing down. Trust me...I fought that one for a while
