You know, I was perfectly happy all year long being the guy that used to fly. Then I went to that stupid IMAC contest in Wheeler a few weeks ago, and now I cant stop looking at these stupid threads about TAS and feeling like I'm missing the big dance.
I'm going to go sit in on my Harley.

I'm right there with ya. I just don't have a Harley yet. Not old enough for the mid life!! Just feels like we are missing out. You know the dust, airplanes that won't run, stuff getting loose that has never happened to anyone. The normal fun of contest flying. Did I mention the DUST.
Brendan is kicking butt. I bet his Dad is running over all kinds of toes!! Hope he holds the pressure. I doubt that it will be a problem for him. I've got an Idea Mike. Maybe we should go next year? Amazing concept uh

Dude, I told you it wasnt a mid-life thing!!!! You should get one, you look like a Harley dude, just need a little facial hair or something. You even wear Harley Orange and black a lot of the time

OK, you get a Harley, I'll get an airplane and we'll ride a lot and go to the TAS next year.
