Hi everyone,

We now have the standoff mounts for the Ultimate and the DA-85. Total weight comes in right about 1.5 oz. Also includes the mounting bolts for those that are interested.

i could be wrong but i recall when i mounted my 85 that DA really wanted you to build a box and not use stand offs. I know we are all grown & make our own choices

The PAU stand off, once the pieces are assembled, are like a box providing support to the entire surface of the back of the engine.
DA recommended not to use the typical stand off that like aluminum posts at the four corners.

Keep this thread alive. Lets get some more pics and videos up. This is a great flying plane and we need to let everyone know it. Don't let it die.

How are you going to cover it? What kind of covering are you going to use?

It will be red/white/black.

I'm not sure yet which brand covering. And no sneak peaks at the scheme.
