Elevators are now done. Just a few things left: -cutting cooling vents and painting the cowl -sealing the hinge gaps -putting the design on the already white covered rudder All electronics have already been installed.

I see the end is near. Finished up some loose ends today. Flying Wires are done. Wheels are mounted. Cowl is prepped/cut/ ready for paint. Wheel pants are ready for paint. Pilot is 95% painted. Just need to touch up the helmet tomorrow. Fuel and smoke tanks need to be plumbed tomorrow as well. I also ran the upper wing wires down the center mount instead of in the cabanes. I think this is an easier method, though you will see the wire. I'll eventually get some long heatshrink and shrink it on the wire so you can't see it as well(my struts are black) I thought I had the right color red Klasskote paint. I had True Red and I did the plain in Missile Red so I had to order new paint. Hopefully it gets here soon

Here's the flying wires and wiring for the top wing. The wires will be slightly shorter and cleaner when done. DSC01912.JPG And here she is waiting for paint DSC01911.JPG

Thanks. Just waiting on the paint to show up and then it can fly. I'm partial, but I think this scheme rocks over the stock one.
