Sweet!! I tried a hitec this time and got over 272 ounces of torque (5645). I could have got more but I ran out of room in the bucket

Well, that took all of 10 minutes.. Maybe tomorrow I'll throw my 5995 on it and see what it can lift I'm gonna have to find a bigger bucket

I think that technology has come way to far, just like Dave Brown said. We should all revert back to the 148's Anything above that is overkill Look at how much $ we can save!!!!!!

this is what I used to test my servos.

I found the 5955tg could pull 180oz for 2+minutes without slowing down and had a stall torque of ~300oz pulling against a dodgy old fish scale.

Hey Tank, that's not very polite now is it? On another note, just want reiterate that your servos need to enough power available to perform the way their are meant to. I just noticed a large increase in torque on my rudder by changing from an inferior brand voltage regulator to a Fromeco unit.

I have seen many die hard sponsored pilots mistically change there product for unexplained reasons before!!! I will be running two 5200 fromecos through a turbo reg and power expander yak pilot.
