Hey cort, Good to have you here! If you're asking if you can have access to that software, if you have a 14 and are registered on the MZ owners site, I'm sure you will have that access to whatever 14MZ software upgrades that are available to the public, when they're released. I'm not sure what upgrades are available to the public and what would have to be done by a Futaba service center. I'm going to move this thread to another part of the site to increase your exposure to the radio guru's. Welcome to the Giants!!!

Hi Guys, The Futaba Flyers Club is the site for all three radios, the 14MZ, 12Z and 12FG. Updates will be available for all three once your are registered on this site. But the 2.4GHz software updates for these radios will be posted on the regular Futaba-rc.com website, the 2.4gigahertz.com webiste and the Futabe Flyers club very quickly. Sincerely, Krysta Product Development & Support Specialist Futaba Service Center USA |

| The 14MZ site also has software updates for the 12Z/FG. The URL is http://www.14mz.com/forum/ As of Thursday, Jan 3rd, at 1:15 PST, there is no 2.4Ghz update on the site. Krysta, thanks for the info. Why is there a delay in getting the software to customers?

I thought I had heard that from a buddy of mine, but I wasn't sure. I went to the site to register and I can't find a place to do that. What's needed to register, just the serial number of my transmitter and where do I register?

I did the same thing just cut a small notch for the 2.4 antenna to lay in works perfectly. It's really nice how the antenna folds up and is even with the top of the radio and allows you to not have to remove the module every time you put it in the case. exeter_acres it should fit in the upright case no problem with module on.
