Hi. Does anybody know if i can use 5955TG and LiFe 6.6v together without bec/reg? I see the 7955TG can take it. I have several 5955TG's that i will use in my new gasser.

I have been doing it for 2 years now with no failures. I love these batteries and have converted to them for all my rcvrs and ignition systems. I use diodes to drop the voltage for the ignitions systems that state 4.8v only. All I can say is so far so good.....

I've been running A123 packs on Hitec and JR servos now for 2 years, unregulated. No problems on 5625,5645,5945,5955,7955, HS-225, DS821. You have to look at A123 voltage like a 6.0v nicad or nimh pack. They too charge to over 7v, then drop down. These servos can handle 6.6v with no problems.
