Well, depending on whether or not my douchebag boss actually pays me on Friday (like he's supposed to), or makes me drive an hour to pick up my check on Saturday (which he usually does....), I'll be rolling in Friday evening or early Saturday. Alas, without anything to fly. I turned my yak into a full stack this afternoon, and there's no way to fix it this week. Havent seen who won the JTEC from Clover Creek, but if it wasn't me (and I never win jack, so I'm sure it wasn't), I would gladly take it off the winner's hands  (As a donation, of course  )

meat... i have a brand new 35% extra 300xs that is fully assembled, with throttle servo installed. all hardware, all links and balls, it needs batts, rx engine (drilled for da 100) and servos. this was a gentleman's demo model that he was getting ARF'd. he just decided to stay in the hardware end of the business. the company is RCSUPERSTORE.com / Extreme Aircraft.....(not extreme flight) this plane is light and is very well built. it is covered in ultracote and done very nicely. red/blue/yellow/white. fuel dot and tank installed. this is a great looking plane and ther are a total of about 12 demos flying and they are pretty much like any great 3D extra on the market. this was the static display model and has not yet flown. i paid $550 for it and would part with it for that. it comes with new H9 wingbags. i'll bring it with me to the fest. matt |

Someone pass the syrup please. The wings are intact except for where the gear got em. It can be rebuilt, but i'll be saving it for the winter.   |

Starting to watch the weather for this weekend, looks like whats left of Gustav might make it up to NW Ohio. I hope it all dissipates before the weekend, it's been a great run for the past few weeks of great summer weather for flying...!!! Scott |

loading the trailer right now! heading out in the morning tomorrow! i plan on rolling in around 6 or 7 wed night. it's about at 7 hour drive with out the 24 ft trailer! i hope it's all smooth sailin! look forward to seeing everybody there!!!!!!! matt |
