Here's one from a few years back. This is a 110lb. Broomtail Grouper caught off the Midriff Islands in the Sea of Cortez, Baja Mexico. Believe it or not, that's not snow in the background, it's bird crap! I can't remember the name of the island but it used to be used as a prisoner island, kind of like Alcatraz, where prisoners were sent to live out the rest of their sentence collecting bird guano for fertilizer.

Bird $% hey, yeah I used to guide up in the Queen Charlotte Islands and there was a land mass that we refered to as bird rock. Well there was bird rock, bird rock 1 , and bird rock 2. Same thing . Totally covered in bird crap. Fishing was hot.

Yeah she moves I clocked it by GPS at 58mph. That's a brown trout in the live well I caught a couple of small chinooks that day as well but nothing to brag about the water was still too cold. You hit it right on the nose it's Lake Ontario.
