WOW! This is a cool thread! I always wandered about this. So, I guess cooking them at home or at the field is about the same, except the folks you are with and the taste.(nitro flavoring is the best!)

Oh yea, has anyone ever used the Lemon Pepper seasoning salt in your burger recipe? I've been doing that and I think it's pretty good. What are your thoughts?(I don't think it will help tofu burgers though)

My Recipe:

3 pounds of beef
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon Italian dressing
1/2 tablespoon Lemon Pepper seasoning salt

Jim's Hamburger Recipe.
1--inch thick patties approximately 5 inch in diameter.
2--make the patties with a crater in the center.
3-- Cook well
4--Fill the center of the crater with your favorite barbeque sauce
5—Cover with Cheese!
6—Serve to all your friends.

Wait for it
.
.
Laugh your ass off as the sauce spills out of the burger! BAWHAHAHAHAHAHA!
