I happen to know that superfly jays salami is kosher, so there's no way a sandwich with BACON in it is going to beat his. His salami has been feeding us at the Black Dirt Squadron tent at Joe Nall for the past 5 years. Superfly Jay starts working on his salami 6 months before the meet.
A BLT better than his salami....in a pigs eye.

Max. I see you are well versed in the sandwigomy but I think a toasted foundation for your BLT would be fitting.

Max's earlier attempt at a BLT...
BERT, Lettuce and Tomato...

It proved unsucessful and wasn't very popular, so Max moved on to Bacon.....
With Bacon as the main ingredient , Max's sandwich gain popularity and became the hit it is today!
