a low battery voltage issue is a problem on any type of rf system. this is not exclusionary to 2.4 systems.

I was among the 70 somthing T-28's flying and I was on DSM2 and got locked out. But that was because we had so many radios on at one time, not to be misunderstood as an issue with the DSM2 system.
