Ahh,the first flight! Nothing is quite as fun as seeing your money and hard work leave the ground! Keep us up dated and PLEASE send shots of your flying field. Even if it's covered with snow! You guys have plenty of competitions in Norway?

Jan, don't worry about your English,we all know what you are talking about and we all speak model-ees! Are your models set up for quiet? We're going through a big change here trying to get our big planes quiet. We've lost too many fields. Seems as though you guys are ahead of us in quiet technology.

Yes the noise technology, i think is a little more modern her.? In competitions I think we have the same rule as in the U.S. and i know some flying field here in Norway that have noise troubel too. We are lucky about our field, nearest house is 3 mile away, and we haven't heard any complaines aboutr the noise.. Sorry too hear you are loosing fields over there, thats not good!! |

Jan, Very glad to have you here! It sounds like you have a great plane for the upcoming season, I know how hard it is to sit and look at it and not be able to fly it yet. I also have a plane built from one of Wendall Hostettler's kits, don't tell anybody, but it's a 30% Cessha 152 .This has to be our secret, the other guys can't find out I fly Scale birds also Welcome and enjoy the site!
