I've done some lurkin', so I just thought I'd say hello. I only started flying in 2000, though I've been building planes since I was a kid. Control line way back when and then rc for guys who didn't want to build before there were ARFs. I built a bunch of planes but couldn't afford to get into it myself. Now, I've kind of lost interest in glow stuff; flying 1/4 scale with gasoline and 3d foamies. I do love it so. Until next time, guys. Thanks, Robert

There are more of us from Tulsa than you can imagine. I just moved from there last year and loved it. Where do you live approximately? I was on 81st and Garnett. |

Robert, I know where that is exactly. I have flown at the Gluedobbers with Brandon even. 99% of my time flying was at a sod farm at south 151st and Garnett. Miles of room and you can fly any direction you want any time you want. Now I have to fly at a club, and I am glad for that because my skill level has skyrocketed since. Tell Brandon I said yo and wished I got to see him fly in OKC. Was Brian there too by chance? Peace, james vanwinkle |
