I stumbled across FG and have spent the better part of two days reading much of its offerings. Large aircraft have always been an interest to me. My father was heavy into aviation during WWII. I still have copies of some of the manuals he had a hand in creating including pilot and maintenance manuals for the B-25 and a very interesting pilot manual for the B-35 flying wing which includes photographs of the interior including instrument panels. I used to build radio controlled models many years ago and may do so again, life having in the meantime gotten in the way. My interest, however has never wained. |
