New Guy From STL

Hey Everyone!

I have been flying RC for 30 years off and on.
Back into it hard this time and only flying the big stuff ( easier to see ) this time
Have a Giant Aeromaster completed, an flown, but working on a GP Pitts, Lanier Yak-54, and a Yellow P-47.

Futaba has been the only radio I have flown but plan on switching to 2.4 soon. Based on what I have read and seen lately, may be making the switch to JR. (Comments please)

Love to build and fly.

I hope to talk with many of you in the future.

I'm not actually a member anywhere right now...I fly at Buder Park, but it seems as though that it is under water....AGAIN.....So I am actually looking for somewhere to fly on sunday. where is everybody going?

jared, i don't know about sunday but alot of guys are going to McCleansboro in IL on saturday. we had a fly-in there last year that a buddy puts on. no one has said anything about sunday yet

Man I'd really love to go out there wit you guys, but my "to do" list just got a little longer...Now i have to clean the friggin gutters before the rain hits on sunday night.
And I must take care of business before i can go play I am definately down for sunday if any is going anywhere. I will probably try out Orchard Farms, Spirit, or
Columbia IL. Like I said, I dont have a membership at any other field but Buder,
So if anyone is going anywhere on sunday, please let me tag along!
