Hey Scooter,

Great to have you here!!

Jump on in and check it out, you'll like what you find!!

Remember, you don't have to fly giant scale to be a Flying Giant!! It's more about the attitude, take what you have and push it and yourself to the limit, try new things but most of all, have fun!! Oh yeah, I know I don't need to say this, but fly safe, that's the most important thing.

Welcome to the Giants!!!

Newton is about 35 miles East of Des Moines, right off the interstate. You may have heard in the news that Maytag was bought out my Whirlpool, and the are closing the doors sometime in 2007. I retired out of there 3 years ago, so am praying that our pensions are safe.

I grew up in Ackley, lived in Ames for 10 years, then found a place that doesn't have winter.

I grew up in Southern Calif and love Cedar Rapids, Ia. Winter is a small price to pay for peace of mind being away from the rat race crime of So. Calif
My kids will thank me later
