Hello from Wyoming!

Hi Guys,
I've been flying for a long time (16 years - ouch! ), but am moving into the bigger planes now that I have the funds and room to do so (built a new room just for aiplanes last Winter) . I'm out here in Sheridan, Wyoming. We have a great club and field with a good-sized paved runway (450' x 40'). I've got a 1/5 Pica T28 with a Brison 2.4 in it that took me about 3 years to build (many mods such as landing lights that rotate out the bottom of the wing, full lights, modified Robart retracts, custom muffler, interior kit, Dan Parson fiberglass cloth, etc). Don't know if this one qualifies for this site or not, since it's a semi-warbird.

My newest plane is one from Reids Quality Model Products - called a "Nightmare" - let's hope it's not! I'm just finishing the build on it and it turned out at 11 lb, 9ozs @ 87 1/4". I got a new, 10-year old Brison 2.6 to put on it. Should be a lot of fun.

Anyway I look forward to visiting this site often... I've been very impressed by the enthusiasm and kindness of the members.

Hey Rob, welcome aboard. Don't worry about the warbird thing. As long as it's got a prop on it, we're happy to have you here. Heck, you'd be surprised how many guys here are "closet warbird huckers", including myself.
