Hello- Finally gettin back to this wonderful hobby after a move from CT to UT. I'm a finish carpenter and theres endless work here. I was flying a Funtana and am looking for something bigger. There seems to be alot of YAK's out there between 70"-80". That's what I'll be in the market for. Does anyone know the better of these planes? Theres several brands out there. I'm at a 6000' elev. so weight will be much more of a factor now. Anyhow, looking forward to the discussions and maybe I'll see some of you in October in Tucson! Thanks for reading, Drew.

Hey Drew, Great to have you here!! You will find all of the info you need here, no doubt about it. Browse around the forums and see what's already being discussed, tons of info to be had. If you don't learn what you need from that, pick the forum that closest fits your question and ask away, somebody has the knowledge you need!! Welcome to the Giants!!!

Welcome Drew, There are several manufacturers of Yaks in 50CC size. Check out Aviation Models, Aerotech, QQ Aircraft etc. I don't think you'll be dissapointed with any one of these. Good Luck |
