Hi guys, just getting into my first large scale aerobatics aircraft.been R/C ing for about ten years and love it. have purchased the new MVVS 58cc and just making a decision on what aircraft to put it in.. really keen on the QQ 85 inch yak has anyone got some advice for me.... regards kia |

That's probably a lot of motor for that airframe... Have you looked at the Lanier line of 87 inchers??? Aeroworks is also coming out with the 50cc Extra 260..

Hey kia, It's great to have you here!! I believe the 85" QQ Yak is a 50cc plane, so that MVVS should rock it's world!! The Lanier 87" models are very well built, but my Yak came in heavy at 21 lbs. with a ZDZ-80, flies ok, but heavy. You might want to post this question in the Giant Scale Kits forum, a ton more members will see it and you will get more responses. Just so you know, you don't have to fly giant scale to be a Flying Giant!! You just take what you have, fly it hard, try new things and have some fun!! That's it!! Welcome to the Giants!!
