im just greatful i have a 50 cc plane but it feels like as soon as i was able to purchase it, i have to turn it around and sell it! right now i think cars are a little more important than planes.....it was a tough choice, a 33% or a nissan 300zx! what would you choose?

I had one of those or actually my dad did and i drove it hehe. The one he had was a longer version and i bet i could have hauled a 50ccer in the back of it If i kept it uncluttered . Another thing about that z i drove if i didn't get into it much it scored better mpg than my 4cyl Nissan P'up

oh well, maybe when there 40 years old, they'll still suck up to their mommy and daddy for this and that, and won't appreciate anything they get. I'll I want is one stinkin 33% maybe, no Comp-arfs, carden, just a simple hangar 9 or great planes. It seems like everything is so overpriced in this hobby. You have to "know" some people in the hobby to get anywhere. No offense.

My dad taught me to fly when I was real young. I remember him getting mad when I would do something wrong. Now, its totally different. Its a weekend spent with my pops talking and doing what we love. He supports me all the way!

Stop whining kid, you sound like a little girl. Some people didn't have ANY RC planes when they were growing up because they had to use their money for other things like insurance and a car to get to work and school, and prior to being 16, I wasn't allowed to work. Beyond that, a lot of people have to save for an education, and can't afford to throw their money away on toy planes.

Your life isn't that bad, you are on here, and you have something to fly, there's plenty of us (myself included) who were unable to get into this hobby AT ALL until their late 20s due to finances, and to hear an ungrateful little 17 year old on here complaining "because he can only afford a 40 size and mommy won't get him something bigger" is an insult. Grow up.

i wasn't whining, nor was ungrateful, 5 year old kids with 35% planes asking for more is ungrateful, and these are not toy planes, it even says so in the manuals.

So it's OK to be ungrateful and complain and ask for bigger stuff for free if you are 12 years older? Please.

Just because some company covers itself by putting a disclaimer in a manual doesn't mean something isn't a toy. They serve no useful purpose beyond blowing off steam and entertaining us. My full scale plane isn't a toy, it's used for business, these things are toys, and you are complaining because other people have cooler toys than you.

No hard feelings though man, none intended , just stating from what I constantly heard from Tristan Kline.
