Made gaskets for steam boilers! I learned real quick how to trim the flashing off the gaskets with a razor blade... this skill has come in very hand when model building! My next job was for NASA!

Pumping gas at the local Caltex , 15 years old . That was in the days
when the guy would fill the tank , check the tyres and do the oil and
water . You go a lot for .20c per litre back then .

Also servicing robinson and some sikorsky , and rolls royce engines.
