Maybe I missed it but what engine are you using on your Extra. I have a baby Edge on the way and am undeceided on powering with GAS, Glow or Electric.

Saito 125. This will kinda open up my options in the future when looking for a plane. But you'll be happy with the quality of the plane.

Here. Not the prettiest I know but I'm going to make adjustments to the muffler maybe. And the black marks around the heads would be sharpie.

thewrap, where do you fly? I see a WH Sukhoi in your avatar and I don't recognize the field. I'm a member of the 114th RC Aero Squadron in Grapevine and nobody flies WH planes out here... I've been seriously looking into them and would at least like to see them in flight if not actually fly one.

I've flown out there before. Not the Wild Hare though. No offense but that field isn't set up very well. You might know Joe. he's the one who flies electrics only. But I go out with a group of people on sunday. I'm planning on flying this weekend. If your interested just send me a Pm and I'll give you directions to the field.

I know what you mean, but the treelines keep the riffraff out they take one look and say "Screw this!"

I don't know Joe, but I'm betting he comes out on Saturday morning, whereas I fly in the evening usually, except on my days off. I'll get with you and try to make it to your field. Thanks!
