Your all just hatin' cause you don't have it!!!!

Anyway....how many of you out there have actaully flown something larger than a foamie with the SFG's? They make a HUGE difference on the Showtime. That being said... I fly without them most of the time......It's my first pattern type plane and I like the precision.......but boy is it fun to throw them on for something a bit different now and then. Relax....if you don't like them.....don't install them. And if there was a 33% plane available with them....hell yes I would give them a shot. Maybe on a bird that size they won't make much of a difference, but you never know unless someone tries. So relax.....don't buy one....and miss out on the fun. I'll make up for your part for sure.

I wonder how the ST will feel when the gasser gets installed...................

I bet it would make a differance. From what I understand, that is what makes bi-planes so good at ke type maneuvers.

As long as they are removeable and the mounting method doesn't add excessive weight when they are not mounted, I'm all for them. I doubt I'll fly with them most of the time but at least there's something different to try. The new Funtana has other changes including the wing and carbon parts so at the same price its worth a try.

Ok, lets stop a second, I just got a plane w/ the SFG's... and

Everyone is saying chill out or just dont buy it if you think it looks ugly.

I never said it looked ugly and I never said they were stupid, in fact I just got a showtime, and I plan on using them. I was just saying that it seemed odd that ALL their new planes had them.

But I'm all for them, and can't wait to see how it flies.

I think they're pretty sweet. After building a foamy monoplane with them, I'll never go back, at least on foamys. They make the rudder a whole lot more powerful and make a variety of manuevers easier. And, personally, I think they look cool.
