Default Are they goin a little overboard>?

Ok, so yea the Tensor was cool, the Showtime was great, but where is Horizon going with these *wing things* as I call them.

I mean, they have the new plug-n-play tribute wood arf profile with SFG's the Funtana 40 with SFG the Funtana 100 with SFG's and about 3 new foamies with SFG's

I think the SFG's are colla nd all, but where does it end? I guess if they will build people will buy. I;m not flaming them, just wondering, is this the future>? Am i gonna see a 40% soon with SFG's?

Just a thought.

Lord I hope not.

I am not a fan of the whole SFG thing myself. Its like the deisgners are saying, this plane wont KE real well on its own deisgn merits, so lets whack some leftovers on there to make it fly better. Just my opinion but they look out of place to me.

The new Funtanas look pretty stupid with them too. However I do really like the new schemes.

the SFGs on the Funtana's look like enlarged winglets from Airbus. ;-)

So what did Christophe have on his patternship at the worlds? A horizontal SFG?? or just a mafustigator...., You have to talk to the South African team for explanation.

They may look goofy but at least someone isn't scared of trying something radical. If it's for 3D then it's all good.

They are butt ugly. Horizon is definately going overboard with them. The tensor was cool as was the Showtime, but I think the whole marketing behing the Showtime was the SFGs. The Tensor is just another foamy these days. I defenately won't be buying a Funtana for the winglets now that SFGs are pretty commonplace. It's probably just me, but the new Funtana schemes look pretty bad. Good thing I like to MONOKOTE.
