I'm a professional sax player. Been playing for 13 yrs, started on the baritone, then when work needed me to play different, did tenor, and then alto. Prefer tenor, at the moment playing in a Billy Joel Tribute Band. Was in the Australian Army Band for 4 yrs. My set-up. Tenor - play a John Lehner Tenor, Australian Brand, with a Eugene Rousso Jazz Mouthpiece. Alto - play a John Lehner Alto, with a Meyer 7

I was a musician for 8 years, i played guitar and sequenced stuff on the computer, also did all the recording and sound engineering for two of our three albums. We were doing ok, got flown to London for some gigs and toured locally for a long time but I got tired of never getting paid money owed to us.

I played trumpet from 6th grade until I graduated high school. I also did 3 years of Drum and Bugle Corps (97-99). I still play a little, but just for fun. I also play drums and acoustic guitar but I’m not really great at either.

Its neat to hear there are other trumpet players out there. i have been playing since 5th grade and i am now a Sophomore. I have been 1st and 2nd chair in all district every year and i have also made the all state band this year. I play lead in the jazz band/concert band/pit orchestra.I am also in the Tulsa youth symphony. i try to play in church as much as i can. I tried to play guitar for a while but that didnt work out. thanks for reading my junk!
