Youth Masters

Guys, thanks to to everyone for making the Youth Masters such a huge success. I'll be posting my experiences shortly, but wanted to give everyone a big pat on the back. You guys are the BEST!! Giants style was the order of the day. I'm very proud!

I would like to thank everyone who made this happen. Special thanks to Mr. Pat Hartness for his generosity for letting us use his facilities. And of course my flying buddies B.Moore, rcpilot82 & my dad. I had a blast and loved every minute of it. If your 16 or younger and you haven't been out to this event yet, GET OUT THERE! It is a great experience and A LOT of fun!

The Youth Masters was a blast! This year was even better than last year. If you've never competed before or are nervous about competing, this is a great 1st competition. Plus, you get to fly at Triple Tree which is one of the greatest fields in the country! Special Thanks to everyone who helped make this possible.

Guys,,sorry for being late on posting my thoughts and all the folks who need a thank you. I'm headed to the HUCK FEST and will get stuff up by Tuesday. Glad to see you gentlemen had a good time. Best contest I've ever had the honor of attending. VERY proud of how you folks conducted yourselves. You should be too!!

I was just wondering if you were going to put anything on the FG site about the event and all the great flying buddies we've made!? I will watch for it next Tuesday!

I'd for one like to see a FG front page photo of Mr. Soda, his mom and his story! I think him and QQ rocks! Since I live in Ohio, too, I hope to keep in close contact with Jon and hopefully fly with him sometime this summer.

Alot of the locals around here are asking for results, too!

Big thanks to Biff and everyone down at triple tree for making the YM happen. It was the most fun I have had flying in a long time . Sense this was my first time in compition I deffently had the nervousness going but it all went away when I took the first flight on the best mixed/trimmed plane I have flown. Seth many thanks for calling for me and letting me use your Zurich sunglasses, deffently going to invest in a pair of those. Count me in for next year!!!!!!

Hi Fearless,

Glad to help! I wish we lived closer so we could fly together! I hope you come again next year! You have alot of great talent - just slow things down a little, fly a little larger, and polish off those lines and you got it! You definately know how to fly the patterns correctly. For the first time out, you did great! I was really impressed at all the great flyers that were there this year! Makes for a great competition! I wish we could do it again - I sure miss all the brotherhood of friends and family.
