My Dad and I have one, starts up after 4 choke on flips and 3 choke off flips almost everytime. Great power, airplane it is on is a QQ 102 inch Yak that weighs about 25-26lbs dry. (still getting the airplane dialed in but it is already a great flyer) Never deadsticked unless I ran it out of fuel, I have done that 2 times. (Normally i can get 15-20 minutes of 3D, but smooth IMAC style flying at higher power takes up a lot more fuel as I have obviously found out, haha) I don't yet have much experience with the BME 110, but I know that there are a few guys on here that have BMEs and like them. I have a DA 50, 100, and 150. the customer service is the top in the business. I've heard that BME's service is lacking, but their engines are beasts (in a good way). Reliability and service goes a long way. |

| My DA 100 kicks butt. I have the DA 100 and 50. Very reliable and predictable motor. Sure there are others but the DA you can let sit for a while and it will still fire right up. Not to say I wont try something else as I have a 3W 150 also. Who cares what brand you have, its only as good as the people behind it. Why spend a lot of money on a toy motor and have to worry about down time. Something you should factor in regardless of brand. Those who own DA's know what I am talking about. |

im not so sure about getting that engine YET. cuase i dont know wat plane. i might get the DA 50, or BME 55 if they release it. cause i know that the BME 55 will shoot the other engines to lower prices.

Hi harv. I bet those BME engines are good too. But why try another engine if DA has great Service, good pricing, and trouble free performance. Have you ever seen someone competing with BME engines? if so how many!!! Everybody flies DA. I bet theres more than one reason. Im Juan Alcocer and I`m DA distributor for all mexico. You should try Quique´s YAK 50 with DA 50. |

i like DA's , especially the look and the sound. but the price makes my DADS wallet look like a desert. tottaly empty. if i got a DA 50 i would put it in a BME edge.
