Canada good for a few things? Check it out . We have contributed more in terms of athletes, singers, actors and relevant science. Without being a prick or finding fault with other countries, all I will say is that it is in our Canadien culture to be humble and exercise a degree of acceptance and tolerance for those less inclined to live in peace.

It is really difficult to find a decent place to fly here in central Alberta too.
I use the local airport but I have had visiting pilots that just can't wrap their head around me buzzing around.
The local guys are very supportive, but there is always at least one guy that calls the RCMP once a season to "report me" for being out there.
I envy the guys with dedicated RC fields, must be just amazing to have all those others people around into the hobby.
I have myself and a buddy here that are the only guys flying and we have had to learn everything from the internet.
It's been interesting to say the least!
On the other thing, Canada is pretty much the 52nd state, we may as well all get used to it.
Anybody that checks out the "Mercer Report" knows that we do our own bashing quite often, it's all in good fun.

yeah wat did happen to him. owell wat are you talikng about hard to get a good plane in central alberta. there are a couple exellent hobby shops in edmonton(great hobbies & hobby wholesale) aswell triad aviation is in panoka aswell there is brightside hobbies here in morinville. might be a bit of drivin but ive spent more time on lesser things.
