o woops you said place my bad. that too there are quite a few places around. theres ercs in edmonton, bawlf, rimbey, three hills, valley of hope, morinivlle club and panoka just to name a few.

I am located approx. two and a half hours north of Edmonton at present time so they are all a bit of a drive for me.
Just picked up a deal on a cargo trailer this week so I will be spending the next two months getting ready to get mobile, that should help.
I am looking forward to hooking up with some giant scale guys so I can level up.
Watching all these guys with their 35% and 40% planes is driving me nuts, I can't take it anymore!
The plan is to find someone to help me with set up and start building a couple of big gassers.
Probably going to start with a TOC Yak I think.
Jim and the guys at Great Hobbies have been very helpful, and you can't beat the prices at Hobby Wholesale but, none of them seem to have the time to help you get set up for the large planes.

hello again guys,
my avatar is Pantera one of the sweeter bands around. i am "situated" in morinville but usually fly in edmonton. the morinville feild has like half a dozen active members. i only went there once last year tho. it is surrounded by trees and does not alow for easy access to on the deck hucking. without some of that wat if flying anyway. sadly the edmonton club does not have very many giant scales but i would be happy to see a big TOC yak. im going to have a patty and my dad is going to have a aeroworks 35% edge so we hope to enspire some others to join the giant scale community.

Any of you guys know a good foamie that is a 3d trainer. I can hover and do rolling harriers and other simple stuff on the sim.
