Default High School to College

Well I am currently in the 10th grade. Got a 33% Sukhoi and soon 42% Extra 260. Probably by the begiinning of the year 2007 I will have another 50cc plane and 100cc plane. But anyway I was thiinking. If I go off to a college far from home and cant carry a trailer what the heck am I going to do lol. I was thinking about my 12th grade year just stock up on foamies and electric stuff if I go to a college like this. I hope I can get a apartment and have a extra room as a shop and also have a place to put my trailer.
So what are yawls future plans with college and all.

I am half-way through my second year of college and I'm telling you, forget about flying when you're in school. Take a foamy or two but that's it. Leave the glow/gas stuff at home and fly on vacations. I know, it sucks but it's only 4 years. Plus, summers are long. Good luck

Dude,

College parties and the women within...........fly foamies and enjoy your surroundings. You only get to do it once.

No doubt, live it up while your at college. I took my Helis with me as they were easy to store and maintain in dorm-rooms/apartments. Best thing about college are the nice long breaks, use that time to get some fixed wing flying in. College is for learning, partying, and chasing the women around!

I'm halfway through my thrid year, and I think I have flown twice since the end of august. I fly the sim every so often, but thats it. Didn't bring any planes with me and to be honest I'm glad I didn't. Ya I love flying and definately look forward to summer and flying again but with the amount of work, parties, and bars, I don't think I would even use the foamys. Its not so bad, I figure its only going to be 5 years and hey, then I can buy what I want and hopefully fly quite a bit more too.

Good Luck!!

FYI if you decide to go to school in Reno, the girls totally dig the nerds with foamies that fly in the parking lots between break!

Trust me bro!! When your in college you wont care about planes any more. Its actually a great way to get pumped back up about flying though because as soon as your out all you want to do is fly again. Shack up with some friends and have a good ol time!

Am i the only one that plans to apprentice. Im in grade 10 and plan to work full time for one semester and go to school for the other. Its a cheap way to get educated. Hell it makes you money. Thats the way i plan to buy a 40%er next year.
