Default Re: Jobs for Young People?

If you like RC, work at a hobby shop.

I started at 15/16 at my 1st hobby shop, continued through 3 others until I was 18 and started my own business.
They don't pay all that well, but aren't hard since you know the hobby and fun to work there most of the time. It also helps to know how to work on RC trucks if you work in a hobby shop so you get extra pay to fix them (normal hobby shop - $6.50, working on RC trucks too - $25). I loved to work on the trucks anyway.

If you don't want to work at a HS, a friend of mine works at a golf course and makes pretty good $$$ for his age. Other young people I know work at auto lube shops, tire places, valet.
