I already have the radio I just need some more servos. I'm going to get a GMS 1.20 engine for $124.99 but I'll get a $20 discount from tower hobbies plus $15 off the plane so it will be a $94.99 plane and a $104.99 engine. I already have one roll of monokote. So it really won't cost that much money. Plus we have a hobby store close that has exelent prices on everything else plus I get a discount from them for being an AMA Member

You might want to rethink that engine. A 120 size engine is over kill for that plane. Not only overpowered, but you will loose performance due to all that extra weight in the nose. An OS .91FX turning a 13X8 APC prop would be a better choice. Or, a .91 four stroke would work out nicely as well. Good Luck!

I've already talked to people on another site that have the Great Planes Extra 300S and they said this plane is pretty heavy for a .60 size and said the 1.20 would work perfectly and wouldn't over power it

Save your dough till you can afford a minimum 72" w.s.
Keep fling the shorts off what you already have and go a bit bigger. I believe you will be happier for it.
