Hi Folks: I need your help for choose my next plane. I ´m flying a Twist 60 but I wanna a good 3D and I´m thinking in a good "small" gasser. The next planes are some of my favorites: - Aeroworks Extra 260 for a 50 cc - Aeroworks Yak 54 for a 50 cc - Quique Somenzini Yak for a 50 cc - Ultra RC Giles for a 50 cc - Hangar-9 Extra 260 for a 50 cc The links: www.aero-works.net www.somenzini.com www.hangar-9.com www.ultrarc.com If you know about a better choice please post, I need to know which is the best! The Giles. I like this plane for the weight and I think the Performance is good. The Aeroworks Extra. I really like this plane, is pretty. But, What you can say about Performance? And the QQ Yak. The name says all And please, sorry the bad english, I try to do it better Regards from Mexico! Humberto Vivanco Jr. |

I'm flying the H9 260 atm and love it. haven't really 3Ded it much but it flies pretty damn nice. However if I had to do it again (And had the money) It'd be QQ Yak hands down. I'm getting one next anyway ![]() Just going by what I've read and seen in videos. That inverted elevator QQ does is pretty convincing for me.

Take a look at the new Wildhare 84" Extra 300 or Edge 540T Tom's new stuff is really good. It is a downsized version of the 40%er I fly and I love it. I have not flown the 84" but have seen one fly and it looked good. They are also among some of the cheapest 50CC planes as well. www.wildharerc.com Dan |

If you want it for 3d do not get the hangar 9 extra. Get the one with the most sq inches.

I have flown the h9 260 with a 40cc and it flew great, more of a beginner imac plane than a 3d trainer. I here the aw 260 is great, and i have flown a aviation models yak and I liked it a lot cause its heavy and doesn't get blown by the wind too bad. WH 540's are nice, but I have never flown one. Do with what you can with the twist, I had the yellow twist 40, it was the first I hovered down low. It really tamed down my inputs cause it does really weird stuff when you put the sticks in the corners.

Hi all: Ok, thanks for give me your opinions, probably I will get the QQ Yak, I think it has the best Performance, but in Mexico it is expensive (aprox. 795 Dlls )Wessco: I really like to fly profiles, but I wanna get a bigger plane, in the case, my first gasser I have a Mojo 40 Thanks and Regards from Mexico! I second the Aerotech Yak posted by Pro1Foam. It is a very good plane and a DA-50 is perfect for it.

The Ultra RC isn't a 50cc plane, it's perfect with a 26cc, so probably not what you're looking for. If I were in the market for a 50cc, I'd be looking at the Dietrich or Airwild Extra. The deitrich just because it looks so cool, and has great specs, and the airwild because it's about as light as a 50cc can be whiel still being a full 50cc size airframe.

I have the old 85 QQ yak. I dont think you can go wrong with it. It is my first and i love it. Flies straight lines great and like to get down and dirty in the 3d department. The new 86 is supposed to be even better. Im not sure how
