I have a Zenoah G20 on my X100 and I love it. However, if you expect it to 3D you'll probably be dissapointed, but it flies great for mild aerobatics and the fuel economy can't be beat. If 3D is your thing you might want to look at one of the lighter 26cc engines. Hope this helps.

IMO a gas engine on this plane would be to heavy and not very powerful. With a 4 stroke glow you still get the scale sound with much better performance. Something like a saito 150. Tony |

The Evo/MVVS 26cc was a popular choice for the Funtana 90 and should be very good on the Funtana X100. I will be mounting the MVVS26cc on mine. It should end up around 10-10.5 lbs depending on the rest of your gear.

I'm tempted to try one of these....and at $150 how can you go wrong even if it isn't the most powerful badass engine on the market? http://hobbycity.com/UNITEDHOBBIES/s...idProduct=5731 Neo Last edited by Neogenesis; 10-15-2007 at 01:04 PM. |
