Help! Which Engine

I'm curently looking at buying a Precision Aerobatics Edge 540T it is designed for 50cc engines and can choose between the 3W 55i or the DA-50, I have heard that the DA's have some reliabilty isues but the 3W is heavier. Any help would be good.

Whomever told you DA has reliability issues is either confused with his/her 3W, or got a lemon. DA's are very reliable, and their serice is second to none. How much does that edge weight?

A while back the DA 50's had a minor issue that was taken care of. I would not hesitate to buy a DA50 if I had the need for a 50cc engine. Great engine with a great company behind it.

I would go with the DA simply because it is much lighter. I would consider as well a DL50 if you can get one over there.
