Default Engine and Servo Recomendations

Hello Giants,
Im in need of some advice on a MAJOR project. Im currently planning on doing a true 33% model of one of the nations top aerobatic performers aeroplanes. The airplane is a Pitts variation and the top wingspan will be 80". We are looking to do it to accomodiate the modern lightweight 100cc engines. Ok first question DA-100 or BME exteme 115. Im inclined to go with the BME becouse by posted numbers it weighs a pound less, and has more HP, but I thought Id ask my brothers here first.
Second is servo recomendations, we are planning on scale horn locations and the elevator horn is internal, so are there any servos that have the power to operate the elevator on a model this size rather than have a servo operating each half. The same question applies to the rudder. Or am I stuck using the servos in a gang type setup. The main thing is with the elevators we dont want external horns, or servos exposed. The issue is based on the fact that not only are we planning on a airplane that performs, but is extremely accurate in scale detail.
Any advise would be appreciated
also what servos for each aileron, it has 4 ailerons at the time being, we plan on mounting a servo on each one, Originally we wanted to do servos on the lower ail's only with the scale link between the upper and lowers, but Im afraid we cant find a servo that would have the balls to power both.

3W106 a little extra power than the DA100. 5985mg for ailerons. 5955 on elev and rudder. Other than that 2 lipos for extra support reg and a power expander wouldn't hurt but you don't need one.

I believe BME is now out of business. You may want to give the 115 a swerve unless you already own one.
