Turtledeck on and sanded flush. This plane goes together really fast. With all of the laser cutting it a very easy kit to build. I have spent more time making templates and honeycombing the wings and rudder than sheeting and building the fuse.

Harbor Freight, the table saw was $39.99 and the chop saw was $23.99. I saw it on Walt's build thread. The table saw is called the "Mighty Mini" and is the best tool in my shop.

Its called a Hot Knife from The Composite Store. The "blade" is a little more than four inches in length and is plenty long for wings and such. It costs about thirty dollars and you have to get a 11 dollar wall adapter along with it. If you plan on doing anything like honeycombing I totally recommend it.

Be patient guys it takes about 2 hours to do each wing panel, he might have them done by midnight. Jeremy, you need to get my scale and weigh the cores before you cut them.
