Default Foam Sheeting - How Much Weight

For builders who don't use vacuum bags how much weight are you skinning your foam wings with? My next project will use about 250 to 300 pounds distributed evenly on a board placed over the shucks for each wing half.

if the wing is about 1000 sq in, and you use say 500 lbs, that .5 lb/sq in. that scares me, i know it works. what i try to do is put all that i can on it, than keep adding more and more. i used 600 lbs on my 35%.
