Here is a 40% pilot that a lot of peole are using. It is not a scale looking pilot as the post above (which is beautiful btw) but this one is lighter and I am sure a lot cheaper. This pilot I sell is designed to put something in your cockpit to meet the IMAC rules and be the least amount of weight possible(3.8ounce). Super high quality fiberglass with epoxy paint finish. Other colors avialable at; http://www.billhempel.com/newsite/pages/heads.html Thanks, Bill Hempel |

We say 5 oz. in our ads, but if you ask for extra-light when you order, we can shave it down a bit. This is a large and very detailed Pilot for 4.25 oz. With an airplane in the 42% range, you can haul this guy around like he's nothing. Plus, your airplane looks World-Class. www.RedAeroRC.com Last edited by selfportrait; 04-11-2008 at 12:36 PM. |

this one from aircraft international is like 1oz. - does the job. by far not as detailed - in a totally different class too. looking to meet the rules without weight penalties or good looks? by the way $55 delivered. disclaimer: I am not associated with AI in any way. |
