OK,here's my opinion, u guys are going nuts over the weight of this thing. first off the real plane is made of chrommolley, mild steel,fiberglass, and aluminum. sensei's will be made of balsa,spruce,liteply,foam,fiberglass,and carbon I assume. there will also be no weight of insturmentation, seat and seatbelts,ect. I also assume he will be using ultracote intead of aluminum to sheet the surfaces. to make a long story short in my opinion you all are comparing apples to oranges. let bob do his thing and see what he comes up with. as sleepy said; This is very, very exciting. When people like Bob take builds like this on, it helps expand the hobby.
