I'm doing well! Class will be over for the semester in about a week, so I'm looking forward to getting some good flying in this summer! How about yourself?

I'll let Ed know about your ignition setup and point him your way. Is it just a plug and play type deal, or are there some modifications/extra parts needed?

I'm doing great Jack, and now with the snow gone, I'm happy.

Yes its a plug and play, really , no mods on the turbine, and no mods on the ECU

Today was the maiden flight of the Laser!

Let me tell you, this is first time I flew a Laser but will not be the last , its a great flying airplane ..

Oh yes the Turbo prop, Amazing is all I can say, this thing is powerfull. I flew it around with mild aerobatics for about 7 minutes.

On landing, it caught my be surprised, this thing is light and nearly didn't make the runway but it landed at a very slow speed....

I am one happy camper... I know videos, , my buddy took some, but they didn't turn out so I will try and get some more Saturday...

Been a while since I heard anything on this one. Wait a minute, I haven't "heard" anything ! Gotta get some vid of a prop plane whistling past !

Glad to see it flys well. Oops, there I go again ! I have not seen it fly !

The pic with you holing the prop suggests a "flip" is about to occur. That is not the way to fire one of these is it ? Air maybe ?

Thanks to all of you, and maybe I can get a video Saturday hopefully

I thought by holding the prop I would fool all of you in thinking I have to hand prop real fast to get this turbine started

I always rotate the prop to make sure everything is OK, bu it does look weird

Roger

Great job Roger, the plane looks excellent. Amazing how well the Laser tracks, isen't it? Is the 40% next after the Mentor? Congratulations on the build and the test flight.
Regards
Jack
