Today I made the modification to mount 2 servos in the tail for the Rudder. I've just mocked the linkage up for the minute but will be running a different arm and linkage - but you get the idea!

Fitted a JJ carbon tailwheel and a Secraft fuel dot.

I've added some carbon around the area I polan to make the cutouts for the cooling slots underneath the pipes and added some carbon toe around the exhaust exit cutouts.

Cheers Frank - hopefully this one won't need emergency servo's

Tonight I got a few of the jobs that are a pain in the arse out of the way.

I'm a bit anal about the aileron horn geometry and rightly or wrongly work off the chord line to get the correct placement. As the wing atpers towards the tips it means a different measurement is used fo the outer servo bay compared to the inner. I used the same technique on the Yak and found the radio took very little set up to keep the linkage bind free through full travel.

After lots of time measuring the horns were glued with Hysol.

I then marked and cut the air vents in the bottom of the fus.

Even if it does Andrew, no worries.

Always a pleasure to be able to help someone out. Esp. an IMAC brother. That is the one thing that has always amazed me. So many people willing to help each other out in times of need, even when they are competing against one another. VERY COOL in my opinion.

The world should be run my IMACers' what a wonderful place it would be!

Mi tool box su tool box!
