A 42% prototype of what? I took the 42% that I purchased the rights to and scaled it down off the drawings that I had paid for. I made many changes to the 42% that I am doing with the 35%.

SleepyC,
when gene sold the 260's that he was building roman was the builder at the time, working for gene, he sold the 42% to tony and sold the 35% to roman.

That's right is just like DENNIS C say I paid a Lot's of $$$$ for the drawing and jig's for 35% like tony paid for the 42%
Also I was building over 50 42% and 30 something 35%for TBM ,I designed the jig for the fuse the tony have now , so I know the von extra 260 realy well. I just stick to the 35% for the last year , you know Tony is building the 42% that's fine by me , but I know this plane, I have CAD program and I can do it by my self ,I don't have to pay anybody to go to 42%, or like I am thinking to built the 50cc size and more planes , that's what I love to do built, design, fly and crahs. Lol.......... it's all about having fun!!!!

Tony, what adhesive are you using for the fuse? Judging by the fact that you appear to own stock in clothespins, my guess is you don't use much CA. Is it all epoxy?

Bodyworks, I use mostly wood glue and epoxy to assemble the fuse.

I would also like to clarify that there is not one part in my 35% 260 that I have taken or copied from the 35% that Roman is building. Roman if what your telling me is that you have the cad files for the 42% 260 and plan to start building them again than we will have some problems.

hey tony,
why do you use wood glue instead of CA ? doesn't it slow you down?
