I am using two 8611A's for the rudder. One will be on each side of the aft part of the fuse.
The second pocket on the right side is built in but will be covered over. Its there if I need to go to three servos for the rudder. (I dont think I will need to though)

Wayne,
The 260 is starting to come together. I'm sure that Walt is only using the stainless 6/32 socket heads for the stabs for pictures only. Stainless socket heads will vibrate and walk right out of the blind nuts. Their too clean. Just taking notes. Great work walt !

Here's the tools I use to cut out the openings..I layout the cuts I want and take a Zona saw and hog out the hole..I stay around a 1/4 inch from the finished cut. After that I take a drum sander and dress the opening to size. I use a 1 inch for smaller radius's and on this I used a 2 inch. When its all cleaned up I very carefully by hand work it clean with small piece of 220 wrapped around my finger...Hope this helps. Walt

Wayne and Walt - Awesome build!!! Thanks for all of the pics. As for the stainless 6-32 bolts into blind nuts, Dan is right, they will back out. I use #10 bolts on my wings into blind nuts with the Edge. I had problems on the first flight of the bolts loosening (not a good thing). I added a "fender washer- rubber fender washer - fender washer" set up to each bolt. It is on its 4th season and a bolt has never come loose.
