LOL! That was great.

I did this with my roommate. After every month, the person with the least weight loss would have to pay the other one for how ever many more pounds the other guy lost more than you. Of course, I made a lot of money, I was fatter and on the football team. LOL

It looks like this weight loss thing is going around. The Doc gave me the bad news right after Thanksgiving that my blood sugar is now "pre-diebetic". Here is what I immediately gave up:

Coca Cola (usually 2 per day)
Sweet Tea (every night at for supper)
Daily snacks and deserts (peanut m&m's, snickers, kitkat bars, butterfingers, reese's peanut butter cup's, cup cakes, ice cream) usually accompianied by a glass of milk.

Cheryl and I head back to the gym on Tuesday (hey, the Buckeyes go for the BCS championship on Monday, I can't miss that).

I weighed 239 at the doc's office a few weeks ago. I'd love to get down to 200, wish me luck.

BTW, when Cheryl and I married in 1979, I weighed 145 pounds...
