Damn... dude, lay off the Tex Mex.

I'm in. Started back at the gym last week... I'm only a few inches taller than Tony, and 182 lbs. I need to loose a solid 20 lbs to get back to my "good weight"

I feel for ya Tony.. +.2 lbs , I weighed in on Sunday, 186 lbs. +4 lbs! My ML300's loosing and I'm finding.

Damn Bill's steak and plate of desert goodness Saturday night!

OK, I'm in too. Holidays were bad! Weighed in today at 209 at the gym! I'm only 5' 10" so that makes me like 2 feet taller than Tony.

Im interested in what your guys are doing to take the weight off.
I am getting tired of my clothes shrinking every year also.

I could lose 15-20 and be where I should be.

I recommend a three week vacation to Thailand - you can't find any fat to eat there, it's hot as hell - so you don't feel like eating, you'll sweat nonstop for the whole time (losing you more weight), and I'm sure the Thai honeys haven't changed their habits; you'll get your exercise! Tell you wives it's a 'male only' weight loss spa...

I've never lost weight so fast!

Back to the gym, I run a 4 day weight training program, and 3 days of cardio, + hiking with my wifey and the big dogs.

For me, I will loose much more weight by resistance training than cardio period.

Cut out as much as possible the sugars, and "white foods".
