I reccomend the Fat Smash diet. The doc from celbrity fit club created the diet. It is simple, not too drastic, healthly and very effective. I was a stuck at 212 for a year trying mainly exercise but this diet got me below 200 for the first time since my back was fused 7 years ago. Most importantly it is healthy and you will keep the weight off.

There is no healthy way to lose 18 pounds in 4 days. I have several nutritionists that work for me and while it is possible to drop a great deal of weight in a short period of time it is not healthly and wont likely stay off.

about a week before Christmas I decided that I was going to give up soda (well almost all soda, I can have Captn and Diet Coke if I want an adult beverage, cutting back on beer too). Needless to say I didn't gain any weight over the holidays (very tough for me) and have actually lost a handful of pounds. This is huge for me considering I normally gain at least 10. I was drinking 5-6 Mountain Dew's a day during the week. Stopped cold and drink water. I'm about over it now.

This one is good. I had much better luck on the Zone. Fat Smash is a bit hard to stay with, but the Zone was a lot more Super-Dave friendly.

But even with the best diet, you have to move around.

Super Dave Diet:
1. Eat less
2. Move around more

It works!
