How I quit smoking.

I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and a buddy of mine sent this to me today.
If hadn't already stopped, I would have now!

I quit several weeks ago and my motivation is the "Quit meter" I got from this site;

It keeps track of how long you've been smoke free down to the second, how many cigarettes you've been able to avoid, how much money saved and how much longer you'll live.

I actually look forward to seeing it on my PC at work and looking over my progress!
If you've just put em down or even thinking about quitting, get this program.

I made a deal with my wife to quit smoking.
And that was the deal: I can buy a Hangar9 Extra 260 immediately at the moment if I stop smoking. So I did.
The wish to buy such a big plane was so great, I coud quit definitly.

My wife Made me the same deal.
If could make it the 1st. month, I could order my next project.
I got a week off for good behavior, and ordered my Comp-Arf 3.3 Yak.
Having it done in the Fantasy red / yellow to match my SuperX.
Should be making its way across the big pond in around 8 weeks.

Congratulations Larry it was one of the hardest things I ever did.

When I first met my wife she said she would not date a smoker. I quite at that moment and never picked up again.

Ok ok well I have decided to put it down I have quit smoking and going strong. it has been 12 days not even one and I am doing it cold turkey. god help me this is harder than I thought but hanging in there!

It does get easier. I quit cold turkey 1 year, 18 days, 10 hours and 52 minuets ago.
I don't even think about it any more. Yea right. lol.
