This is from the Joe Nall website. "The Confederate Air Farce has decided to redirect our efforts to improving the Joe Nall and the Youth Masters events at Triple Tree. For that reason the 2006 Don Lowe Masters will be our last. We feel like our continuing commitment is to provide fun, fellowship, and hospitality at a beautiful facility dedicated to our AMA members enjoyment. " |

Tony, with the conflict of time last year between the Masters and the Shootout I could sort of foresee this coming. The Shootout will be the 'Premier' event now and I'm sure the pilots will welcome this. It's hard enough to prepare for one big event a year much less two. And for the top pattern pilots it was three! I sure hope TIMPA can rise to the challenge as more top level pilots will be attending. I'm just thinking here but the IMAC part just might get squeezed a bit when it's all said and done. |
